This is the 2005 – 2006 commercial of the Debt Relief Legal Clinic by Attorney John C. Colwell in San Diego, CA regarding bankruptcy and debt relief. It explains that bankruptcy is still available even after the drastic changes to the law which happened on 10/17/06. JCC produced this as a spoof / sarcastic commentary on one aspect of the ‘perfect’ new law.
